Payment Options

We accept most dental insurance plans.

It is very important to us that our patients can afford the dentistry treatments. We feel your best treatment is based on what you need and what you want. Choose from a variety of payment options including: cash, check, and third-party financing.

Bloom Family Dentistry is more than happy to help our patients maximize their insurance benefits to reduce out-of-pocket expenses for dental treatment. The total costs of treatment is often not fully covered by dental insurance. Based upon your plan, we can estimate your out-of-pocket portion, or co-pay. Co-pay is expected at the time your dental service is provided. We cannot guarantee what your insurance will pay and you will be responsible for any remaining balance. Please remit payment within 30 days of statement date.

Care Credit

Care Credit is a financial plan we offer as a separate line of credit to cover you and your family members' healthcare needs. Care Credit provides the following benefits:

• No annual fees or prepayment penalties
